Our mission is to help couples build successful, healthy, and rewarding relationships through tools that aid communication, connection, and intimate activities.

This is not a dating service or matchmaking platform
We do not provide medical, psychological, or professional counseling services
All content and interactions are intended for consenting adults in committed relationships

3. Account Terms

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
Service is for personal use only; no commercial use is permitted
Limited to couples in committed relationships

3.2 Account Creation and Management

One subscription covers a couple
Email verification required
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must provide accurate and complete information
You may not share your account with individuals outside your relationship

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these Terms
Attempts to duplicate or extract service features
Abusive behavior or system misuse
Excessive AI feature usage beyond reasonable limits
Non-payment or payment disputes

4. Privacy and Content

4.1 User Content

You retain all rights to your personal content
You grant us limited license to use your content solely for providing the service
Future features may include photo sharing and additional content types
All content shared remains private between partners

4.2 Service Content

All service content belongs to Passion Place, including but not limited to:

Questionnaires and assessments
Educational materials
Games and interactive features
Images, text, and branding elements

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Trial Period

14-day free trial available
Cancel anytime during trial without charge

5.2 Subscription Terms

Monthly or annual billing options
No prorated refunds
Subscription continues until cancelled
Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Share access with unauthorized users
Attempt to extract or copy service features
Reverse engineer the service
Use the service for any commercial purpose
Share private content outside your relationship
Engage in any illegal activities

7. AI Features and Limitations

AI features are provided “as is”
Usage limits may be implemented
We reserve the right to modify AI functionality
No guarantee of AI availability or accuracy

8. Service Availability

Service provided on “as is” and “as available” basis
No uptime guarantees
May experience interruptions for maintenance or updates
We will make reasonable efforts to notify of planned downtime
